Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the address where
the items are to be shipped, as well as the number and
weight of items; therefore, shipping costs will be calculated on page 2 of checkout after
you enter your
address information, but prior to submitting the order. Canadian and
Hawaiian customers, please call us at our toll-free number for shipping

All items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS-Ground). In the case of a payment by
check, there will be a 10 day clearance period before orders are shipped.
Return Policy
A & G Concepts offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, A & G Concepts will
issue a full refund for any returned merchandise.
Every return requires a RGA number. You must call for a RGA number and it must appear on the box with the returned items.
A re-stocking fee of 10% applies for items returned more than 60 days after purchase.
